So many things will be getting tossed out in episode 15 "Throwing It All Away" on “Grey’s Anatomy” that viewers might get lost without a list. Looks like, according to Wetpaint on Feb. 24, the things being discarded include a doctor, a baby, a rule and a pair of legs. Let’s take a look at the synopsis to make sense of this.

“Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] has a bad day which escalates when she advises one of Callie's [Sara Ramirez] patients on a potential double amputation. Derek [Patrick Dempsey] goes back on a promise to Callie, and Jo [Camilla Luddington] and Stephanie [Jerrika Hinton] find an abandoned baby outside the hospital. Meanwhile, the doctors deal with the repercussions of the non-fraternization rule, which include meetings with HR and one doctor's suspension.”

We can guess what kind of advice Arizona will give Callie’s double amputee patient. It’s probably a warning not to do it, based on her personal feelings about her own amputation which she still blames Callie for. Could this be the subject that leads to the big Calzona trouble?

Derek is already going to be in hot water with Meredith over that whole presidential job offer thing – a promise he broke to her. Now he’s breaking a promise to Callie too? It doesn’t sound like Callie will be having a very good day either.

Camilla Luddington who plays Jo hinted at the dumpster baby scenario last month. Jo has abandonment issues of her own so this will be hard for her, especially since she’s not on the case. Stefanie is.

What about the doctor? There has always been a non-fraternization rule at the hospital. And it has always been broken. So which doctor is being suspended over it and why?

“Grey's Anatomy” season 10 returns on Thursday, February 27 on ABC.
