The fans of “Grey’s Anatomy” definitely are looking at a new season when the cast returns for the next installment of the series. While one doctor might be leaving for good, there is new concerns as Grey Sloan Memorial is cutting staff and someone at the hospital will be without a job. This is a spoiler for the upcoming May 8 episode of "Grey's Anatomy" called "Everything I Try to Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right" (season 10, episode 23.) According to WetPaint on Tuesday, the fans are already full of anxiety as it appears there will be more cast members leaving the show.

With Derek away, Meredith spends time with Amelia and finds out her true feelings about her time in Seattle. It’s not a bad conversation, but the discovery of how life could be different has the characters talking about changers. Also Bailey is dealing with the ramifications of her actions and Callie receives some devastating news. Meanwhile, the residents panic after hearing someone will be fired on “Grey’s Anatomy.” The concern to keep their jobs has everyone trying to figure out who is going to be cut.

There has already been an announcement that two residents won’t be returning to the show. Leah (played by Tessa Ferrer) and Shane (played by Gaius Charles) were let go for the next season and that announcement was a few weeks ago, but there appears to be more. Leaving Jo (played by Camilla Luddington), Stephanie (played by Jerrika Hinton) and Ben (played by Jason George) all possibly not returning to the show as well.

Will there be more residents that get fired from the staff? The question has fans wondering and with a big season finale on the way, it makes everyone wondering what might happen if the familiar faces of Grey Sloan Memorial get trimmed before a bigger crisis hits.

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursday on ABC at 9 p.m. ET.
