The show is going to have a new female doctor joining this season. Constance Zimmer will be playing Dr. Cahill on season 9. She is supposed to have a great sense of humor but also be very focused on her job. She will be in at least four episodes this season of the show.
A new male character is coming to the show as well. The actor is Eddie Jemison. He will be play Stan Grossman. The character is said to be a smart and nerdy type. According to Wet Paint, you may know him from "Hung" or "Ocean's Eleven." It is still unknown if he plays a doctor or a patient on the show.
