"Grey's Anatomy" season 9 episode 16 will air tonight. On Feb. 21, Wet Paint posted new spoilers about the episode and it looks like Bailey is not happy. Are you excited for a new episode tonight?
Tonight's episode is called "This Is Why We Fight." Bailey is giving up and actually looking for new job interviews. She seems to think that Seattle Grace might not be sticking around and neither should she so she is leaving her options open.
Owen Hunt wants her to stick around and says: "You're the heart of this hospital. The spirit. You set the tone that others can aspire to. This place can't function without you."
