On Jan. 24, a preview and set of promotional photos were released by ABC for "Grey's Anatomy" season 9, episode 13, "Bad Blood." Spoiler alert: if you don't want to know what’s coming up on the show, stop reading now!
The preview (seen below) begins with Meredith hinting that something might be wrong with her pregnancy. Will the baby be okay?
Elsewhere in the hospital, the doctors' are frustrated when a deeply religious family wants to rely on prayer to heal their son instead of the advanced procedures the doctors want to try. Cristina wants to give the patient donated blood, but the father declines saying, "No, no blood." The mother adds, "We have seen amazing miracles through prayer." Will the doctors and the family be able to find a middle ground?
The official synopsis for this episode reads,
"Bad Blood" - As Derek and April work around the clock to find a solution for the hospital, Cristina struggles to respect the wishes of a family whose son is dying. Meanwhile, Arizona empathizes with a teenager who faces problems similar to her own, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, JANUARY 31 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
