On Jan. 17, a preview and set of promotional photos were released by ABC for "Grey's Anatomy" season 9, episode 12, "Walking on a Dream." Spoiler alert: if you don't want to know what’s coming up on the show, stop reading now!
The preview (seen below) begins by showing that Meredith is experiencing one of the many joys of pregnancy – being overly emotional! She's having mood swings from being happy one minute, to weeping the next. How will Derek handle this new side of Meredith?
Arizona is experiencing phantom limb pain and it has her absolutely terrified. The preview shows her on the ground after a fall and waking abruptly in the middle of the night. Will this new setback derail her newfound confidence?
The official synopsis for this episode reads,
"Walking on a Dream" - The Seattle Grace doctors are on edge when a new medical professional enters the hospital; Arizona struggles with the emotional and physical pain of a phantom limb; and while battling pregnancy hormones, an overly-emotional Meredith is confronted with her worst fear, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, JANUARY 24 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
