The fans of "Grey's Anatomy" have patently waited to see how the results of the Harper Avery award decision might impact life at the hospital for the staff. Emotions are running high in the season 10, episode 21 called "Change of Heart," and fans might be surprised at who is upset at the decision and how people are moving on. This is a spoiler for “Grey’s Anatomy” so fans who don’t want to know details before the show should look away now. According to WetPaint on Thursday, Cristina Yang didn't get the Harper Avery Award, but she isn't as upset as her colleagues.

Meredith Grey (played by Ellen Pompeo) seems extremely upset at the decision. Overlooking her pal, Dr. Cristina Yang (played by Sandra Oh,) the doctor friend’s seem to be handling the news worse than the candidate. As the hospital continues to take care of the patients, the staff begins to move on and Dr. Yang’s next case is a family where all of the kids are having heart problems.

Derek Shepherd seems to have his hands full as well. Hypable is reporting that the doctor gets scolded by Owen Hunt for falling behind on his work at the hospital due to the scope of his research project. If he wasn't distracted enough from all the drama and the extra hours he picked up, his sister, Amelia, drops by for a surprise visit

Grey Sloan Memorial is setting up the story arc for what is expected to be a big finale farewell to Sandra Oh’s character and to the season. Dropping hints as they season finale episode gets closer, the fans will be scouring every detail to see what they can find. While the details on how Sandra Oh will exit has been kept a secret, Fashion and Style is reporting that the case she works on Thursday’s episode does play into her final decisions
