The Seattle Grace team are unnerved by the downside of lawsuit settlement and by the arrival of a new medical professional on the next episode of “Grey’s Anatomy. “Walking on a Dream” is the twelfth episode of season 9 and deals with a number of interesting issues, judging by the preview.
Arizona empathizes with a teenaged patient who is experiencing similar problems to her own. She is coping with pain – both physical and emotional - caused by a phantom limb.
Meredith is struggling to be a wife, mother and doctor while coping with pregnancy hormones. She switches moods faster than Taylor Swift switches boyfriends.
Cristina who has been emotionally stunted in the past, must learn to keep her feelings in check when dealing with the family of a patient who is dying.
Derek and April are frantic to find a way to find a solution that will save the
hospital from the devastating lawsuit settlement. The $90 million dollar payment will bankrupt the hospital and it will have to close its doors unless they succeed.
“Walking on a Dream airs Thursday, Jan. 24 at 8 p.m. on ABC. You can see the “Grey’s Anatomy” preview in the clip on the left.
