Big changes are coming to Seattle Grace-Mercy in the episode teased in these new photos. The doctors will have to adjust to the new price cutting policies of the hospital, and the search is on for the face of the hospital. Seattle Grace-Mercy West is looking for a spokesperson. During the episode, April will also bring in an emergency case, and Jackson will work with a teen transgender couple.
As for the series, Sarah Chalke is set to appear on an upcoming episode of the series, according to TV Guide. Her role has not yet been revealed, but she will appear only in one episode.
