Heading into the final 4 episodes of season 10 of “Grey’s Anatomy,” fans know there are bound to be some shake ups. That’s what the end of the season is all about! Based on the synopsis we found on Wetpaint on April 22 for episode 23, “Everything I Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right,” it looks like Callie is in for some trouble and just when we thought she and Arizona were finally headed for some happy days!

In episode 20, “Go It Alone” the girls debated over who would carry their next child and finally settled on Callie. Could it be that Callie is somehow unable to carry a baby now? Will there be problems between her and Arizona? Maybe the bad news has to do with Sophia but that would likely include Arizona as a recipient of the bad news. Hopefully it doesn’t have anything to do with her overprotective papa either. Another possibility has to do with Callie’s research and work. It seems poor Callie just can’t catch a break on “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Here’s the official synopsis. See what you think:

"With Derek (Patrick Dempsey) away, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) spends time with Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and finds out her true feelings about her time in Seattle. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) deals with the ramifications of her actions, and Callie (Sara Ramirez) receives devastating news. Meanwhile, the residents panic after hearing that one of them will be fired."

Given the title of episode 23, “Everything I Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right,” it seems pretty obvious that things will be going wrong and probably not just for Callie.

Other theories based on the synopsis include the possibility of Bailey being sued by the parents of bubble boy after injecting him with a variation of the AIDS virus to treat his immune deficiency.

There’s also that bit about one of the residents being fired. We’ve already learned that Leah Murphy and Shane Ross, Tessa Ferrer and Gaius Charles respectively will be leaving at the end of season 10. Seeing as they are both residents, it seems logical that one of them will be written off the show in this manner. Both have done things that could warrant firing.

What bad news do you think Callie is going to get? Will Bailey get sued for her actions? Which of the residents will get fired and why? What do you think?

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs on Thursdays on ABC at 8 p.m.
