The city of Greenville will hold a meeting to discuss a new dog park, Fox Carolina reported February 7.

Dog owner's in the Greenville area will have a chance to discuss a new dog park being planned for the city of Greenville. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, February 12 at the Hughes Main Library, located at 25 Heritage Green Place.

The Greenville parks and recreation department will hold the meeting, which is open to the public. Those interested will have a chance to ask question and provide ideas on what they'd like in the newest dog park.

The Cleveland Park dog park will also be discussed. Please consider attending, as this new park is an excellent step forward for the dog lover's in the Greenville area.

Metro areas across the country are now recognizing how dogs play an important role in family life, and Greenville is one community that offers dog friendly activities.
