Greenville Little Theatre announces 2012/2013 season

Scot Bruce as Elvis returns to GLT
Scot Bruce

Hail to the King!

Elvis returns to the Greenville Little Theatre, as do a slew of other famous figures, in support of next season's lineup of shows, as announced today.

The 2012-2013 opens with the classic rock and roll of Smokey Joe's Cafe followed by a comic farce, Dracula Bites. Next, Sherlock Holmes takes on his arch-nemesis, Professor Moriarty in the Case of the Jersey Lily.

There's also a double shot of Elvis, with the return of Scot Bruce' tribute show (not part of the season subscription package) and a new Elvis-centric comedy of mistaken identity, Elvis Has Left the Building. The season ends with one of musical theatre's most beloved plays, Annie Get Your Gun.

Finally, Christmas brings another extra, not part of the regular season subscription: It's A Wonderful Life. All told, it's another fun lineup from GLT.

To subscribe, contact Greenville Little Theatre.

More information on the individual shows can be found in the press release, as follows.

Smokey Joe’s Café transforms classic pop music into compelling musical theatre.

Without Elvis, the Colonel must somehow pass the office intern off as the King of Rock and Roll.
