Greater Bay Area Costumer's Guild open house

See also

Keep Saturday, January 18th open on your calendar. You'll want to spend that day attending The GCBAC's open house. The GBACG is the Greater Bay Area Costumer's Guild, and is quite possibly the area's best resource for all things sewing. They have a myriad selection of hard-to-find classes, hugely fun and enjoyable events, and are an exceptionally deep resource for all sewing and costuming information. Costumers—indeed all sewers—of all levels are welcome to join, and you will not find a more engaging crowd anywhere else. Come spend the day with them for historical fashion shows, not-to-be-missed raffles (where you will come home will all sorts of great stuff), and a general good time with a grand bunch of people who love to sew as much as you do. This is a resource not to be missed. Check out their web site here:

Saturday, January 18, 2014; Albany Veteran’s Hall; free for members, $5 nonmembers; costumes admired but not required.
