The secret is located at 83 Washington Street in Bangor, and their name is Habitat ReStore of Greater Bangor. The furniture store is an outlet of the Greater Bangor Habitat for Humanity program that builds houses in the community.
Here you can find everything from videos and books to all types of furniture. Windows,doors,sinks,cabinet and much more. The inventory changes as items are donated. The store, open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9-5, now has a policy to help people that may not be right in Bangor. .http://www.facebook.com/habitatstore
They are allowing a two hour hold on items to give a chance to get there and not have it gone, so from the Facebook page buyers can take a look at what's on display or ask questions, and call to hold an item if they see something they wish to buy.
