Speaking at the opening celebration, Kim [Schaefer] shared, "Seeing the families enjoy themselves and connect and tell their stories, that's what makes that 5-year wait so worthwhile. We chose Fitchburg because it is convenient and a regional location for families to travel to."

The lodge has two wings or towers, the main tower houses:

•Registration/Check-in
•Lodge Wood Fired Grill
•Bear Paw Sweets & Eats
•Hungry as a Wolf

The arcade is casino-style, providing a wide open and spacious place for families to enjoy games. Connecting the two towers is a hallway that leads to the indoor water park and Bear Essentials Swim Shop.
