Desmond Hatchett, 33, may very well be the most prolific baby maker in the state of Tennessee, he currently has an astounding 30 children, by 11 different women.

In fact, the only reason Hatchett does not have more children, is likely due to his current incarceration at Tennessee's Morgan County Correctional Complex.

Hatchett has been locked-up since August 2009 for a domestic violence conviction, as well as multiple probation violations.

The Smoking Gun reported:

Hatchett has a “very long and serious criminal history” that includes “multiple assaults, multiple thefts, aggravated assault, multiple evading arrests, and several driving assaults,” according to a probation violation report. He has also been collared on narcotics charges and has shown “contempt for the rules of probation and of the court.” In fact, his rap sheet runs 14 pages.

Of course, since he has been in prison, the taxpayers are picking up the tab for his 30 children.

However, they were before he went to prison as well, since Hatchett's child support payments amounted to $1.49 per child, per month, according to the Daily Mail.

Evidently, Hatchett's penchant for violence is an aphrodisiac for several Knox County women...

Hatchett has fathered children with Tonnisha Hollis; Kayla Reed; Zenobia Alexander; Delishia Brown; Ashley Badgett; Latisha Page; Tanya Ray; Carmelita McDowell; Sierra Campbell; Nyesha Cooper; and Megan Cooper.

Hatchett is scheduled for release in November.

Perhaps, the taxpaying citizens of Tennessee should start looking for part-time jobs now, as their burden will undoubtedly be increased sometime around August 2015.

In 1963, blacks accounted for 23.6 percent of the out-of-wedlock births in this country. Today, that number has ballooned to 67.8 percent, according to U.S. News & World Report.

Unfortunately, the black family has been decimated by President Lyndon Baines Johnson's so-called 'Great Society' programs, which created today's bloated welfare state and basically offered financial incentives for pregnant single women to remain unmarried.
