Seasons 52, a chain of upscale, fine dining restaurants is opening its second Los Angeles location in Santa Monica on March 28, 2013 just a few months after opening its wildly successful Century City eatery a few months ago.
The second Seasons 52 will be located in Palisades Promenade in the heart of the city’s vibrant downtown scene among boutiques, entertainment options, clubs, and cultural centers and in close proximity to hotels and only nine miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Best of all, this fresh grill and wine bar is near famous Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Place shopping mall, Palisade Park and just two blocks from national landmark 104-year old Santa Monica Pier, the beach and the majestic Pacific Ocean.
Menus at Seasons 52, which change with the seasons, feature dishes of no more than 475 calories. This is accomplished by using cooking techniques such as wood-fire grilling, brick-oven cooking and roasting. Custom flatbreads such as Spicy Chipotle Shrimp or Artichoke & Goat Cheese with leaf spinach, balsamic onions and roasted peppers, and entrees like Wood-Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Mesquite-Grilled Garlic Shrimp and Lemongrass King Salmon are flavor-enhanced with fresh herbs and spices, not butter and heavy oils.
Wine lovers will appreciate the vast selection of more than 100 choices plus 52 options by the glass. The barkeeps handcraft a full array of cocktails including seasonal selections and signature favorites such as Blackberry Storm and the Pomegranate Margarita Martini.
Seasons 52 Santa Monica will reflect the seaside location, which fronts Ocean Avenue overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Pier, through designs inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Like the Century City property there will be a piano bar, a casual sophisticated ambiance and an open kitchen.
