Auditions will be held October 8, 2013 by appointment only
Great Lakes Theater is searching for child actors of all cultures and backgrounds between the ages of seven to thirteen to audition for the company’s annual production of “A Christmas Carol”. November 13, 2013 will be the start of rehearsals with performances scheduled from November 26 through December 22nd. Any children turning fourteen years of age before December 23, 2013 is not eligible.
PlayhouseSquare Rehearsal Halls (located at 1650 Chester Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio) will be the site for the auditions. They will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. and are by appointment only. To make an appointment visit the website at: http://www.greatlakestheater.org/work-with-us/auditions. Reservations of time slots must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013. Appointments will be confirmed by e-mails.
All children auditioning should bring a headshot and resume and be prepared to sing up to 16 bars of their favorite song. They may also be asked to read from the script.
