Frenchy's Hair Salon

Frenchy's Beauty Parlor in Burbank, named after the bubbly beauty school dropout in the 1978 hit film, Grease, had an unexpected visitor last Friday evening. Standing at the counter asking for a walk in appointment was none other than Danny Zuko himself. Yes ladies and gentlemen, we're talking about Mr. John Travolta.

Travolta, who had just finished an appointment up the street, was driving down Magnolia Blvd. and noticed the salon's sign. On an impulse, he decided to stop by and get some services done, explaining that the name Frenchy's caught his eye because the movie Grease, that he starred in, was one that was near and dear to his heart.

Frenchy's stylist, Kayla Wagner, who recently moved from Nebraska to California, had the honor of attending to Mr. Travolta's hair and was thrilled to be working on such a major celebrity.

Travolta complimented Frenchy's on their decor and said he would be recommending the salon to his daughter. Before leaving, he kindly posed for pictures with the girls and the shop's owner, Lacey Walker. All in all, I guess you could say the experience was "electrifyin'."

Frenchy's Beauty Parlor is located at 2403 W. Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank, CA.
