Grave damage has been done to the American economy with the trillions of dollars in debt. Businesses have gone into survival mode for several years now and so has the employed individual. This has caused the shedding of millions of jobs. The Food Stamp roles have ballooned to 50 million.
The index of unemployment is artificial because it does not take into account those that have dropped out from job hunting. The Federal government has been playing games with the unemployment numbers for years. Because there are not enough jobs to absorb the lion share of the jobless the government continually puts out a low number that makes one feel it’s not too bad. Of course, this only helps those feel better that currently has a job. This game is destroying America.
Obamacare (PPACA) continues its slow kick-in as the final economic death nail, because this is really what this is, America will become a broken and chaotic nation. The additional money that will be taken from you because of this fake healthcare law will most likely break your financial back. This will place more Americans on the government dole, but there will be no money to support the massive additional jobless. This is the plan.
House Speaker Boehner recently said, “There is no immediate Debt Crisis” he failed to say that those who are jobless are and have been in an immediate debt crisis for years because businesses have seen what is coming and have tightened their belts and shed jobs. The only people that are supporting this economy are those that still have jobs, but its dwindling.
The biggest crime against the American people at this point is the House of Representatives. The House has full power over the monies spent and could defund Obamacare along with other bloated unnecessary programs and stop the bleeding of jobs by businesses. This alone will cause the American people to spend more in the economy and cause businesses to hire again at a faster rate. Businesses will begin, over time, to invest again with the money they are holding back creating even more jobs.
House Speaker Bohener has the power in his hands to strip out the waste in federal expenditures giving a boost to the economy but will not do it, because apparently he is blind to it or at worst complicit.
