Offer an ear. The greatest need most people have is to be heard. You can listen someone into healing just by being fully present to receive what they want to share. This is mutual gift giving.- Offer a hand. When you spot your elderly neighbor out raking leaves, wander over and ask to assist; suggest you need the exercise. He may be longing for someone to talk to, so you'll be a double dose of gratitude.
- Name those you love. Think of all the people you love, and start naming them out loud. Reach back in memory to former teachers, old school pals, people who've helped you along life's journey. As you continue to name them, you're acknowledging the gift they've been in your life.
- Become a heartist, or artist of the heart. Take whatever's challenging you and mentally draw a heart around it. Try this with a "difficult" co-worker, relative, neighbor, etc. Let the heart energy give you the strength to respond in a courageous way. (Courage comes from the French coeur, which means, "heart.") Watch the relationship shift as you do.
- Say yes. Whether it's a compliment you don't feel you "deserve" or a task you'd prefer not to do, say yes to it.
- Recite the Serenity Prayer, a time-honored catalyst for emotional catharsis: "God, grant me the serenity to accept what I can not change, the courage to change what I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
Does it seem as though many of these suggestions are about the thanks you receive rather than the thanks you give? Giving and receiving are one in truth. What you offer returns to you multiplied.

The end of the world? No. Just end of corruption and decietfullness. The Creator in her good judgment does not kill, so she will just clean our planet from negative life. Some of us are just able to remember the future. We are mostly too busy to allow our God given gifts to communicate out of body or mentally. The earth will loose most of its cities. Will be replace eventually with Crystall type structures. Buildings that emits positive energy. If we want or need to, we can travel the universe. I did not see any animals in ther future. We will live on frutie mostly. I am Native to this Country in BC Canada
