Grandson missing after grandparents found slain in their home

An elderly couple were found dead in their Washington home on Saturday by the couple's daughter and authorities are searching for their car and their missing adult grandson.

The couple, whose names have not been released were last seen alive on Friday around 10 p.m. Their grandson, Michael L. Boysen, 26, was at their home on Saturday.

On Saturday evening, the daughter of the elderly couple arrived at their home in the 16200 block of 145th Avenue Southeast in Renton. After not getting an answer at the door, she went inside and found her 80-year-old mother and 82-year-old father dead in their home, reports KOMO News.

According to court documents, Boysen has been convicted of residential burglary last year and was just released last week after serving time, reports The Seattle Times.

On Sunday, an arrest warrant was issued for Boysen and the police are asking the public to keep a look out for him and the elderly couple's missing red 2001 Chrysler 300 with Washington plates 046-XXU that they believe Boysen may be driving.
