Those looking to actually take on mission’s inside the online multiplayer mode of Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V rather than maliciously free-roaming to kill other players will find the missions both plentiful and easy to enter. In a report from IGN on Sept 4, a hands-on look at GTA Online revealed that new missions will constantly populate into the game for players to tackle.
Furthermore, fans won’t have to go anywhere to enter these missions. After completing one, the next mission in the game’s queue will simply prompt players if they want to undertake the challenge from anywhere in the game. Gamers shouldn’t be concerned with seeing too much repeating content either as the online mode of Grand Theft Auto V will have hundreds of missions available at launch. This ensures that players will have a constant stream of new missions withing the multiplayer mode.
Grand Theft Auto V releases on Sept 17 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. However, the game’s online mode isn’t scheduled to release until a later update on Oct 1. Rockstar Games plans to continually support Grand Theft Auto Online by adding missions and expanding the game's world over time. Additionally, players will also be able to create new content themselves through access to their own mission editor.
