The tennis balls will be flying and the music will be pumping at the first Grand Slam Play Day from 3-6 p.m., June 14 at Lebsack Tennis Center.

The Grand Slam Play Day is a fun tennis event for kids 6 and older. Non-elimination matches and games will be available for kids on 36- and 60-foot courts, while Master’s Tennis is available for older children and adults. Master’s Tennis is played on a smaller court, with a slower ball and a straight forward 1-2-3-4 scoring system. The day’s games are designed to be low-pressure and let everyone leave a winner.

“Our number one goal is for kids to leave wanting to come back,” Head Pro Tom Wallis said.

The afternoon will be full of prize giveaways, vendor booths and food. Free racket demos will be available.

Registration is required and the fee is $15. The registration fee may be applied as a credit towards future lessons or classes at Lebsack Tennis Center.

Lebsack Tennis Center is located at 3280 Redstone Park Cir., on the east side of Redstone Park off Foothills Canyon Blvd. For more information or to register, visit
