Grand Rapids Schools Guide: Grandville hosts community tailgaters!

School is back in session and the football season is in full swing! Join in and attend a community tailgater.

The Grandville Public Schools is hosting school community tailgaters this fall. The first community tailgater takes place on Friday, September 16th, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The community tailgater will take place at the Grandville High School Football Field located at 4700 Canal SW in Grandville.

The cost is only $20 per family, which includes a pre-game meal and tickets to the Varsity Football game. The tailgater pre-game meal includes a hot dog, chips or popcorn, beverage and a cookie. There will be lots of fun as well!

Coach Lapcuik, the cheerleaders, and the Bulldog mascot will be on hand during the pre-game tailgating event to get everyone excited for the Varsity Football game, Grandville vs. Hudsonville. The tailgater theme is "White Out".

Tickets for the September 16th, 2011 Grandville Community Tailgater can be purchased at the following elementary schools this week: East Elementary, South Elementary, Central Elementary, and Grand View Elementary. See you there!
