Attention cheese lovers. GauchoGourmet is presenting their wide selection of fine cheeses and is having a cheese tasting event this Saturday March 29, 2014.

Guests will be able to taste an assortment of over 40 of the best European and Texas cheeses including Veldhuizen Farmstead Cheeses and Dallas Mozzarella Company and other assorted tastings. The highlight of the day will be the cutting of a 100 lb log of aged Italian Provolone. Present that day will be Texas cheese makers Haute Goat, the San Antonio Chefs Coop and Alexander Vineyards. Alexander Vineyards is one of the newest wineries in the Hill Country and producers of fine French wine. They will be onsite for wine sampling.
