Grammys 2011: Lady Gaga performs Born This Way in horns and flesh dress (video)

Lady Gaga performed her new single 'Born This Way' at Sunday night's 2011 Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles.

After being carried down the Grammys red carpet by servants while she was encased in a giant translucent egg, Gaga cracked the shell open on stage and emerged in a fleshy skirt and leotard before belting out her new dance track.

Lady Gaga and her army of skin flashing back up dancers delivered avant garde choreography in their flesh suits. Gaga also took a moment to perform an instrumental solo on a totally 70s pipe organ.

Gaga sported demon-like horns on her forehead and shoulders throughout the Grammy Awards ceremony.

She took home two Grammys: Best Pop Vocal Album for 'The Fame Monster' and Best Pop Vocal Performance for 'Bad Romance'.
