It was a star-studded night in Los Angeles at Nokia Theater as many from the music industry graced the red carpet before the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 10. CBS broadcast the show. Before the festivities began and right after the live streamed Grammy pre-telecast, nominees, presenters and others from the music stepped out on the red carpet.
This year’s Grammys are unique because CBS gave guidance to performers on what they could and could’'t wear during the show’s live broadcast. Some of the Gospel and Christian artists who walked the red carpet included Erica Campbell of Mary Mary, Marvin Sapp and Fred Hammond.
The awards for Christian and Gospel categories were announced during the Grammy Awards pre-telecast. Matt Redman was the big winner, walking away with two wins.The live stream of the pre-telecast will remain available on Grammy.com as video on demand for 30 days following the show.
