
These sandwich snacks are great for after school. They can even make a special lunch for your children, giving them a “cookie” feel. However, they are somewhat of a healthy snack, containing protein as well as fruit.
Graham Cracker Snack
- 4 graham crackers, each broken into 2 pieces
- Peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- Jelly
- 1 banana
Place 4 crackers down on a plate.
Spread each one with peanut butter.
Slice 4 banana rounds and place on top of peanut butter.
On remaining 4 crackers, spread each one with jelly.
Take crackers with jelly and cover the other halves to create a sandwich.
