For the uninsured, healthcare can be an unattainabe luxury. Clinics provide a limited number of services, but they don't cater to complicated cases. Some hospitals offer charity programs, but even then, they require a large upfront fee. - Letter from the food stamps program
- Poof of Dependency
- Most current income tax return

4) A letter from DFCS, which provides an overview of your food stamps account
