My brothers and sisters,
The Word of the Lord assures us that “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree’), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us” (Galatians 3:12, 2 Corinthians 1:20).
I want to encourage you on today. The Lord does not want you to allow the spirit of disappointment to come into your life during this Christmas Season because of preconceived notions. There is a difference between “expectancy” and “pre-conceived notions.”
Our Faithful Father expects us to expect! We are to expect, stand on, and declare the promises of God, which are always “YES!” and “AMEN!” However, when we try to add our own “how” to God's “what”—when we try to determine HOW God is going to do WHAT He promised, then we entertain pre-conceived notions to God's promises, which opens the door to disappointment.
The devil wants to steal your joy, so don't you dare let him! Just as the Shunammite woman maintained her expectancy by saying and believing “all is well” despite her circumstances (2 Kings 4), we too must say “all is well” despite what is going on around us.
Faith believes what God has spoken. We ARE people of Faith! So let your Faith ARISE this Christmas Season, sons and daughters of the Most High God! Because all is truly well through the Blood of the Savior.
If you have never received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, I encourage you to do it today, right now, by saying this prayer out loud: “Jesus, forgive me for my sins. I am sorry. I truly desire to be saved and reconciled back to God, my Father, through You. I receive Your sinless Blood as payment in full for my sins—past, present, and future. I now call You my Lord and Savior, and invite You to live within my heart, and to permanently live within me. I make You Lord over me and over my life from this moment on. Amen.” Congratulations! You are now a child of God, made whole and made new, by the Blood of Jesus Christ!
God tells us that we are blessed to be a blessing (Genesis 12:2). Be a blessing to someone by sending them this word of encouragement. If God did not already put someone in your spirit and on your heart that needs to read this uplifting message from above, simply ask your Heavenly Father who to bless on today. Forward this message right now by email, facebook, or twitter.
Jesus is coming soon!
May God Bless you and keep you always.
With warmest regards,
And, in service of The Most High King,
