Grab a book on March 2 for Read Across America Day

Dr. Seuss' birthday is March 2. To celebrate, every year since 1997, the National Education Association calls all children to read. In every city and town across the United States, libraries, schools, politicians, and athletes are joining in on the celebration.

At 5:00 pm. in the Cleveland Public Library, all children and their families are invited to attend his birthday party. There will be readings from the many books that he has written and the library will be playing his movies that are filled with his unique style of poetry.

The main library is at 325 Superior Ave in downtown Cleveland. Their phone number is 216-623-2800.
