Goya Foods, America's largest Hispanic-owned food company, in collaboration with The First Lady's LetsMove initiative and the USDA, launched the MyPlate / MiPlato cookbook, Healthy, Tasty, Affordable Latin Cooking. This book is part of the national MyPlate campaign designed to help educate Americans on healthy eating.
"The health and welfare of our consumers has always been an important issue for Goya," says Chef Carey Yorio of Goya Foods. "We created the MyPlate cookbook to provide families with healthy, delicious and affordable recipes that can easily fit into everyday living."
