Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Tirso P. Martinez to the Florida State Boxing Commission.Martinez, 49, of Miami Lakes, is a self-employed architect and CEO of Rammar Construction Company Inc. He is appointed for a term beginning March 21, 2013, and ending September 30, 2013. The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate, according to Lane Wright, spokesperson for the Office of Governor Rick Scott.
