California Gov. Schwarzenegger shouts loudest on blaming Proposition 23 on oil company greed. The fact is that Californians for YES on Proposition 23 are voting their needs.
It’s just plain inaccurate, not to mention misleading, that Proposition 23 is led by big oil. One needs only to notice how Californians demand and consume energy with abandon. California leads the nation in their love of cars.
- Take away the fuels that supply them and you’ll remove the lifestyle and fantasies that Californians take for granted.
- Take away the companies the fuel the lifestyle and see how Californians like living like cave men.
- Raise the price of energy and everything made from energy and you’ll raise a revolt in California.
Are oil companies to blame? Who’s greedy: the oil companies or occupants and cronies of the Governor’s Office? Ask not who’s greedy but point a knowing finger at the special interests and government coffers that really stand to rake it in on AB32.

Teminator's terminal obsession is AB32. He thinks that will be his legacy. But that elevator doesn't stop at all floors: he is too ignorant and ill informed to realize the damage AB32 would do. This is a legacy he should not want. Hopefully Prop 23 will pass and we can dodge this bullet.
