Kurt Carr is back with an amazing album, Casting Crowns goes acoustic and Carman releases a compilation album. Here’s a look at the albums released today, Tuesday, Jan. 22.
"Bless This House"- Kurt Carr. His first project in four years, the album also marks 25 years of Carr’s music ministry, and is a remarkable composite of the musical and songwriting gifts in Carr’s possession. The first single, “I’ve Seen Him Do It," was selected by Gospel music fans who voted for the song online. Other highlights on the double-disc set include “Let Everything That Has Breath Praise,” featuring praise & worship leader extraordinaire Dr. Judith McAllister; “Touched By The Fountain of Grace,” featuring Troy Bright; “I’ve Got So Much,” featuring Timiney Figueroa, and the title track featuring Nikki Potts.
“Acoustic Sessions: Volume 1”-Casting Crowns. The album includes four tracks from their self-titled debut, two from "Lifesong," and two from "The Altar and the Door." The album also includes two new tracks, "Delivered" and "Only You Can Satisfy."
“Worth It All”- Meredith Andrews. This third studio album's lead single, "Not for a Moment (After All)," has jumped to No. 13 at Christian AC Monitored and No. 15 at AC Indicator and continues to climb the charts. Other songs include “Strong God,” “Start With Me” and “Your Kingdom Reigns.”
"Anthems of a Champion"- Carman. This compilation album contains 10 hits, 4 new recordings and one brand new song, “The Flag.” Four of the tracks come from the Gold-certified album, "The Standard.”
