Gospel artists make fashion statements at 2013 Stellar Awards (Photos)

Fashion made a bold statement at 28th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards. Gospel’s biggest night gave artists a chance to creatively express themselves in fashion. Several artists who walked the red carpet turned heads with their fashion sense.

Dorinda Clark-Cole, Maurette Brown Clark, Michelle Williams, Cheneta Jones and Goo Goo Atkins were among those who were very impressive as they walked the red carpet. James Hall got onlookers attention with his uniquely designed shoes. Hosts Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin showcased many styles with a few wardrobe changes during the show to everyone’s delight.

The 28th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards was held at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House on Saturday, Jan. 19. This was the first year the show was broadcast live on GMC as well as live streamed. The 28th Annual Stellar Awards will re-air in syndication through March 3. Check local listings for dates and times.
