Gordon Biersch taps WinterBock and offers winter menu

Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant is in the holiday season with the the tapping of its popular WinterBock, a dark, full-bodied lager with caramel overtones, toffee maltiness and a hint of holiday spirit. The restaurant is also serving a limited-time menu through January 5 featuring rich, flavorful dishes. New menu items which include:

  • Boursin Portobello Burger, a 10 oz. grilled steakburger, topped with fresh sautéed baby portobello mushrooms and boursin cheese.
  • Roasted Garlic Bone-In Ribeye, a USDA choice 18 oz. bone-in ribeye rubbed with roasted garlic, kosher salt and black pepper, brushed with a house garlic oil and accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
  • Bleu Cheese Portobello Strip, a USDA choice 14 oz. New York strip seasoned, grilled and topped with fresh sautéed portobello mushrooms and a signature bleu cheese sauce, accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Gordon Biersch will run a special holiday gift card deal through Dec. 31, giving guests a $5 Gordon Biersch gift certificate for every $25 they spend in Gordon Biersch gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased in restaurant or online at www.gordonbiersch.com.
