GOP makes it official: Illegal aliens more worthy than jobless Americans

The term "reaching across the aisle" has taken on new meaning as Republican leaders have eagerly joined Democrats in putting a knife into the backs of 20 million Americans who can't find full-time employment.

Still motivated by the fantasy that supporting blanket amnesty will somehow send waves of Hispanic-Americans running to them with open arms, the Republican National Committee on August 16 passed a resolution supporting legalization and work permits that replaced last year's resolution supporting removal of illegals from this nation via attrition through enforcement.

Meanwhile, President Obama continues without any opposition from spineless Republican leadership to systematically dismantle our immigration enforcement mechanism with a warning to ICE agents not to arrest and deport illegal parents of minor children.
