Today is Amanda Bynes birthday and fans are hoping her 27th year is less dramatic than the last. The former teen TV star has been arrested, evicted and exhibited some very bizarre behavior over the past year. Celebuzz posted a tribute to Amanda’s many years in the public spotlight on April 3, which show the Amanda’s troubling transformation from a bright faced tween to the fragile adult she is now.
Bynes got her start on Nicelodeon’s “All That” in the nineties. She went on star in “The Amanda Show.” Bynes appeared in half a dozen teen romantic comedies and costarred with Jennie Garth in “What I Like About You.”
Fans were shocked when a 22-year-old Amanda announced her retirement from acting, however, it was a short lived break. Bynes is now hardly recognizable with an every changing lineup of wild hair colors, extensions, face piercings, heavy makeup and eccentric wardrobe.
Amanda Bynes is currently in the middle of a court case for driving with a suspended license – twice. Hopefully Amanda will get good news for her birthday in the case.
