Gone are the days when we could sit back and let the government take care of making all the right decisions. No longer is the best interest of the people the first thing on the minds of most policy makers. The world has changed. The top 1%-ers are using new and powerful tactics to manipulate the population into going along with schemes that allow them to ravage and pollute our planet and hide their real intentions behind such words as freedom.
They would shut down the (EPA) Environmental Protection Agency to not have to pay for the damage they inflict on the planet from their billion dollar businesses. Instead of finding and funding alternative clean sources of processing, they pump millions into lobbing and backing politicians they know they can control.
How did corporate greed get so out of hand? How can Big Bullies like the Koch Brothers have so little regard for the other people that inhabit the planet with them? When did they disconnect from their souls conscious moral compass? And how can we help them get it back?
Is it possible to send the 1% love? Can we see past the anger to focus healing energy to reconnect these people with their soul essence that has become so pinched off? Would they be able to turn the greed around and starting playing well with others? Or are they so brainwashed by family and peers that they would stick with the status quo even after an epiphany?
If the little people they look down on stopped being of service to them, would they notice? If the housecleaner stopped cleaning, the garbage man stopped taking their trash, the door man didn’t open the door, the driver never showed up, the florist stopped bring flowers, the gardener let the grass grow, the cook took the week off, would they notice then that they need other people? I wonder.
