No matter how good the intentions, the holiday party season can sometimes be a time of over-indulgence...especially in the alcohol department. As a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, it is my mission to encourage healthy moderation in both food and drink, as well as promote the importance of replenishing essential vitamins and nutrients lost through too much stress, "burning the candle at both ends"and over-alcohol consumption.

Recently featured during the Party Girl Diet's 2-day appearance on AZFamily's Good Morning Arizona TV-3, The Party Girl Diet’s naturally detoxifying “Morning After Mocktail” is a super effective hangover cure (some even call it magical) and an antioxidant packed elixir which has been specifically formulated to replace some of the vitamins lost through alcohol consumption including Vitamin C and the B Vitamins.
