The Ritz's High Sierra Golf Experience is available May 16, 2014 through October 2, 2014 starting from $399 per night. Golfing Great Annika Sorenstam comes to the Ritz

This summer, the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe has partnered with Annika Sorenstam, one of the most successful female golfers of all time, to offer members of The Ritz-Carlton Rewards Program an exclusive golf weekend getaway that includes coaching from the legendary golfer from July 11-13. The event weekend includes a two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, private reception and a golf clinic hosted by Sorenstam, a round of golf at the Old Greenwood Golf Course in Truckee, Calif., gourmet lunch and round-trip transportation to and from the golf course from the resort.

This exclusive experience begins with guests arriving Friday, July 11 and enjoying a private reception and opportunity to mingle with Sorenstam from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the resort. The next morning, round-trip transportation will be provided to golfers from the resort to the Old Greenwood Golf Course, where Sorenstam will offer a 90-minute golf clinic, followed by a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus signature course.
