Golden Globes 2013 winners (Photos)

Yesterday evening Jan. 13 the 70th annual Golden Globes was held in Hollywood.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler wittingly and hilariously hosted the red carpet event.

"Argo" was the night's biggest surprise to us all. Everyone thought "Lincoln" would walk away with the win. Director Ben Affleck certainly had a bounce in his step after being snubbed from an Oscar earlier in the week. He accepted Golden Globe wins for director and Motion Picture - Drama.

A win for "Les Miserables" was an easier prediction: the film took home statues for actor (Hugh Jackman), supporting actress (Anne Hathaway) and Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy.

"Homeland" had a most impressive night adding a Best Actor (Damien Lewis) win to its repeats for Best Drama Series and Best Actress in a Drama Series (Claire Danes).
