The entertainer was on the arm of her husband and actress Brian Austin Green. While the star wasn't expected to be doing much more than walking the red carpet, she was showing off her body after having a baby.
With the figure hugging Dolce & Gabbana gown, the threads Megan Fox wore definitely attracted the attention of fans. People from around the world were on Twitter talking about Fox and Sofia Vergara as the two top sexy actress on the red carpet.
Showing off her tattoo and sharing a smile with the camera, it appears that Megan Fox was delighted to be out of the house and enjoying time with her colleagues. Hopefully the fans will get to see her more as she has returned to her perfect body prior to having her child and once again looks extremely sexy.
