GoldBurgers and Six Point Brewery hves paired up to offer a beer inspired menu and beer tasting on Tuesday, January 15th. You can sample the creative food from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
As of press time, the menu will include:
- Crisp and Cheese soup - Six Point's Crisp Lager brought to life in a sharp cheddar soup.
- Righteous Ribs - Short Ribs braised in Six Point's Righteous Ale, served in a warm flour tortilla.
- Brownstone Brats - Locally sourced bratwurst sausages simmered in Six Point's Brownstone Ale with onions and sauerkraut.
- Stout Raspberry Mouse - Six Point's Diesel Stout spruced up with a dark chocolate and espresso.
Since 2004, Six Point Brewery has created fine craft beers which are now available in the Connecticut market. Learn about their brews and enjoy some tasty eats created by Goldburgers' chefs.
