The goji berry is considered a protein because it contains all 8 essential amino acids, not only is it a protein; it is rich in a variety of trace minerals such as iron, calcium and zinc. High in anti-oxidants, goji berries are know to have more anti-oxidants than blueberries.

Raw Energy Treats
4-5 cups of raw cashews
1/3 cup coconut oil warmed to a liquid
1/3 cup almond butter or cashew butter
1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
1/2 cup Goji berries
1/4 tsp salt
5 dates, pitted
1/4 cup agave nectar to taste (depends how sweet you like it)
Mix all ingredient in a food processor till you get a nice consistency, not too pureed. Roll them into balls and put in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes and then enjoy.
