What woman doesn’t like to go shopping? While a little retail therapy can be good for the soul, Coldwater Creek is making it good for something else -- the fight against breast cancer. On Sunday, October 3, 2010, Indianapolis area Coldwater Creek stores will host Try It On for the Cure. During this event, the women's apparel chain will donate $1 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure for every person who tries on a clothing item in one of their dressing rooms.

No purchase is necessary for the $1 donation. However, making a purchase will further advance breast cancer awareness and research, as Coldwater Creek will donate 10% of the October 3rd sales to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The chain is currently offering 25% off everything in their stores, which means a Sunday shopping trip could be a great way to save some money, get dressed for fall, and help fight a disease that affects women everywhere.
