Certified Health and Nutrition Coach and Food Writer, Andrea McCarthy, who lives the gluten-free lifestyle after being diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance in 2010, will discuss what you need to know to go gluten-free, including shopping tips, hidden gluten ingredients, how to make your kitchen safe from cross-contamination, dining out tips, traveling, how to deal with social situations (holidays, birthday parties, weddings, company functions), good references for recipes, general tips and more. If unable to attend the class, Andrea also offers this as one of her health coaching services. For more details, please visit her website here.
