Reinhard Bonnke spoke at Gateway Church in Southlake this weekend. Reinhard is an evangelist who has documented over 52,000,000 decisions for Christ through his worldwide ministry. He was passionate and energetic as he spoke and amazed me as he got up to speak at each of the 6 services with no notes. He just spoke as the Lord gave him.
The service that I attended, I wrote down just one simple statement, but for the last two days (I went to the 4pm Saturday service) has been churning in my head. It is just four words.
God has a plan.
This is particularly poignant little statement has core-belief impact. How and what I believe about those four words affects everything that I do.
If I believe God to sit in the heavens and looks on my life from a big-picture, macro point of view, then I try to take things into my own hands.
